I wonder if anyone is going to be interested in my life as a mid 30's student? I always seem to want to talk about myself, I think this might be a good venue.
So, in case anyone does read this, here is my story in short. Two years ago, I was fed up with my retail management job and I devised my escape plan so I could go back to college full time. I spent two years at a community college and this August I am going to a four year school to get a degree in Elementary Education.
I am out of school for now; I just completed a miserable Summer I semester taking a required Developmental Psychology class. It's a mental struggle just to get through a summer class because it is 20 days in a row, two hours a night and this class was extremely boring I had a hard time staying awake. Also, the professor had such conservative opinions, sometimes it just about sent me over the edge. If anyone, i.e. me, had anything so contribute that was the least bit liberal leaning, your opinion was dismissed. Being a liberal in Texas is so confining, but that's another post.
